*Client is responsible for any payment processing fees. *Shelfie requires prepayment in full upon scheduling appointments. *Dates are not reserved until full payment is received. *Shelfie reserves the right to release your scheduled dates if full payment is not received within 24 hours of receiving this invoice unless otherwise discussed. *All sales are final. *Hours expire six months from the purchase date. *Unused hours may be transferred to another person of the original purchaser's choice and used within the six month period from date of original purchase. *Travel time over one hour will be billed at half the hourly rate. *Client is responsible for reimbursing Shelfie 100% of the cost of any and all transportation and associated travel fees when Shelfie is bringing product to and from client space or when Shelfie is transporting product on behalf of the client, within 24 hours of the time the payment request was sent. *Client is responsible for reimbursing Shelfie for 100% of the cost of any and all transportation and associated costs to go to and from client space where travel is over an hour in each direction - this includes rental cars, flights, car services, gas mileage, vans, u-hauls, parking and any other associated fees, within 24 hours of receiving invoice or payment request from Shelfie. *Client is responsible for reimbursing Shelfie for 100% of the cost of any and all product purchased on behalf of the client, within 24 hours of the time the payment request was sent. *Client is responsible for reimbursing Shelfie for 100% of the cost of any and all services performed on behalf of the client and the associated costs of those services, within 24 hours of the time the payment request was sent. *Shelfie does not give estimates on the length of time it will take to complete a project. *Shelfie may provide examples of ranges of time based on previous projects however Shelfie is not held to those examples. *Shelfie does not guarantee any amount of time it will take to complete a project. *Client is responsible for paying Shelfie any remaining balance for any and all hours worked, and any and all hours worked beyond what client has pre purchased, discussed or not discussed with client, within 24 hours of the time the payment request was sent. *A minimum of 10 hours must be purchased. *Hours include anytime Shelfie is conducting business on behalf of the client. This includes but is not limited to work performed in and outside the client’s space (shopping, organizing, transporting product, designing a space, coordinating logistics, discussing plans with clients, emailing with clients, etc). *Client will provide a credit card to Shelfie that will be used for Shelfie to purchase products and perform services on behalf of the client. *Client agrees that if balances remain unpaid, Shelfie will use this credit card for payment of any remaining balance. *Failure to pay a balance within the time frame stated in this contract will result in Shelfie reporting the client to credit services. *Photos and videos taken on projects can be used for any and all Shelfie marketing across all platforms.
