Happy Move YourShelf Monday ON TUESDAY because sometimes you need Sunday and Monday to recover from the weekend and ramp up!   I hope everyone had a relaxing weekend and productive Monday!

This is a super busy week for Shelfie and with the Jewish New Year on Thursday, I'll be taking the day off to mostly relax, spend time with family and play with small children including this one here, Maya, or Schmoo as I like to call her.  She's my little spark of a cousin and a real hoot!  Happy holidays to those of you who celebrate!
